Starters

Deep fried brie, served with fennel & fruit chutney (V)

Pan-fried pigeon breast with wild mushroom & red wine gnocchi

Grilled red mullet, pea veloute, crispy egg & pea shoots

Pan fried black pudding, chicken and bacon endive salad with red wine poached egg

Garlic sautéed wild mushrooms with sourdough crouton (VE)

 

Main Courses

Salmon & Pollock seafood risotto with pea puree

Bayonne ham wrapped chicken breast, with Dauphinois potato, wilted spinach & garlic sauce

Beetroot & red onion tarte tatin, with Dijon-honey drizzle & rocket salad (V)

6oz ribeye, grilled tomato, flat cap mushroom with peppercorn sauce

Crispy belly pork, fondant potato & root vegetable puree with caramelised onion & redcurrant jus

Tomato & Basil Gnocchi (VE)

Raspberry & elderflower panna cotta

Passionfruit soufflé, with passionfruit coulis & vanilla bean ice cream
