MEET THE DEDICATED CHEF
Frenchman Eric Poli and his team, including genial manager Tony Fouassier, have created a little bit of Paris in Saltaire. Red and white check tablecloths, candles and subdued lighting provide a lovely relaxed atmosphere, perfect for dining a deux or with friends.
Eric’s extensive catering experience extends from his apprenticeship in the rural kitchens of provincial France and includes Michelin starred restaurants, brasseries and bistros across England. This diversity has provided him with the knowledge to excel in the preparation of English and continental cuisine, and the ability to create delicious dishes and exciting menus to suit everyone’s palate and pocket.

Eric has dedicated himself to producing a high standard of unforgettable food for every occasion. This talented chef has specialised in barbecued food and has a particular interest in the preparation of seafood and shellfish. He, however, prides himself on his appetising pastries and tempting desserts.
Eric is well known in the Yorkshire for his outside catering. There is great demand for his wonderful wedding feasts and catering for private functions, making him well suited to producing the excellent food you will find on the menus at the Terrace Café Bar & Bistro.
